        0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. They will hold on to your application fee until everyone turns down their offers making it virtually impossible to get it refunded. They will keep telling you they are still placing applicants day after day meanwhile your student's housing options dwindle. Stay away. So many other options.

        Think twice before applying to rent at The Courtyards. The leasing experience is abusive. My son and his two friends applied for a three-bedroom apartment. My son was just told that there are no three-bedroom apartments available for them. But The Courtyards will put just him in some apartment with some other random renters. The Courtyards claims that since it is offering "a room" it will consider his rejection of that offer to be grounds to forfeit the entire $286 application fee. The Courtyards represented that it will refund $200 for the application if it cannot offer "any space." The Courtyards gives no real consideration to the routine practice of residents searching for housing with their chosen roommates. Do not rent from The Courtyards and expect to live with your friends or your chosen roommates. The Courtyards will expect you to live with whoever they designate. If you reject that ridiculous offer, they will pocket your money and leave you to scramble for other housing.

        It's been like crazy nice till now, only hear good things from people, amenities are great, location is great(bursley bus stop, ncrb and food all within walking), overall great experience.

        You and your friend's vehicle will be towed at this apartment! I've noticed the towing company across the street are constantly looking for vehicles to tow away in this apartment's parking area. Even if you have permit and lives in the apartment, they will tow your vehicles with in 20min 24/7, and charge you more than 300 dollars to retrieve it. The leasing office did nothing to address this issue. The person over the phone is rude and didnt help at all.

        I love the amenities and the staff are very friendly. My favorite part is popcorn Fridays! The location is great and I enjoy being near restaurants and grocery stores too.

      Hello Hu. We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention. We’ve created general parking policies to which all residents and guests must adhere, and are outlined in our lease. One of our policies is for everyone parking on the property to have either a Resident Parking Sticker or a Visitor Parking Pass. Because schedules can be hectic, we allow for Visitor Parking Passes to be requested during normal business hours and placed into Parcel Pending for an after-hours pickup. Additionally, there is signage along our road that states unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense, and that spaces are permit parking only.
