        Does not work with customers with 24 years of no late or disconnected services simply looking for 1 week due to tragedy. Website directs you to emailing issues. Email reply refers you to customer service. Customer Service says kick rocks ( figuratively). I would not do business with Semco if a regulated alternative was available.

        They need more local offices for payment, payments are impossible to maken,there app or web site never works

        Not impressed with the service, my overdue bill was paid last Thursday and I can't seem to get my service turned back on. You people clearly don't care about anyone, and apparently don't like doing your job either. They want their money but won't work with people to get their money
