Meghan was very customer oriented. She was receptive and professional. She was knowledgeable and if, by chance, she did not know the answer to our questions, she promptly sought out the answer. We couldnt have asked for a better experience as she followed up with us at every turn. We received the exact X7 that we wanted and even earlier than expected. Even months after the purchase, we were at the service department and ran into Meghan who greeted us with the same genuine compassion as when we were in the buying phase. We hope Meghan is available for our next BMW experience.
