Forever Oak Health Center

I have found Forever Oak Health Center to be very helpful for me. Dr. Mike Kozlowski is an effective chiropractor. He worked to align my spine, develop more range of motion in my neck, and worked to relieve pain and strengthen an arthritic knee. I appreciate Dr. Kozlowski's approach toward healing that includes manipulation, and exercises for stretching and strengthening. He and Desiree, the receptionist, are friendly, professional, and comfortable to be with.

AMAZING!!! this was my first time visiting a chiropractor that Ive been needing to go to for years but out of fear Ive been avoiding it. Dr. Mike made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My back cracked like a twisted water bottle and I loved it! We laughed the entire time because apparently Im very loud while being adjusted but I feel so much relieved and I definitely recommend anyone who always wanted been afraid of going and needs to go, please go see Dr. Mike. Very knowledgeable, respectful and patient because it took me a sec to get my anxiety down but overall great experience. Cant wait for our next sessions.

Mike treated me for lower back pain and a torn rotator cuff. His approach is so thorough, and he takes the time to listen to you, so I always felt we were working towards getting better as quickly as possible. Its definitely not like any other Chiropractor Ive been to (in a good way). Comprehensive care, and Ill definitely be using him in the future

I havent experienced a chiropractor like Dr. Mike before. I first went in almost immobile and in agony but left my first appointment significantly better, after just 2 more appointments that same week I was moving normal again. No appointment is the same, it all depends on how youre feeling and what hes feeling while assessing your spine and muscles. Sometimes I spent some time doing mobility exercises with him, and other times it was spot treating and an adjustment. He takes the time to really listen to you and understand how youre feeling and what could be causing it. The time, thoroughness and problem solving that happens while youre with him is so impressive! Couldnt recommend more.

Dr Mike Kozlowski helped me out so much. When I first went to see him I was having to walk with a cane & was in a a lot of pain in my back & my left leg. After a month of going to him I am now walking on my own again & with little to no pain. With his help doing exercises & getting adjustments im getting stronger every day. I have a cruise coming up in September & our goal is for me to be able to walk around the ship with little to no pain by then. Dr. Kozlowski & Mrs. Kozlowski are awesome people & they make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I will continue to going to even after my cruise!!!!
