I took my wedding dress here to be preserved in December 2022. I was told it would be ready in January and theyd call me. January passed, then February and still no call. I called in March to check in and they said they were waiting on the preservation boxes and they just came in so the dress would be done in a week. By the end of April, my dress still wasnt done. I called again and spoke with one of the employees and they assured me the dress would be done within 48 hours. I went in beginning of May to pick it up and fortunately it was ready. The employee working told me theyve had wedding dresses there for a year that still need to be preserved and she made it very clear she knows it wasnt an isolated issue. All the employees were very kind and accommodating but the person that does the preservation clearly has no urgency. I highly advise against taking your dress here for preservation
