      Hello Jacob thank you for your concern and taking the time to share your perspective. You must be newer in the industry so I'm happy to assist. There are two types of apprentice. First year apprentice which are typically still completing some type of schooling, and experienced apprentice who have 2 years of work being on jobs. This category of apprentice is able to be left alone for a short period of time and accomplish the tasks their foreman gave them with little supervision. A first year apprentice is someone just getting into the trade and requires constant supervision and coaching. We hire both but this particular ad is for someone with experience. For first year apprentice we typically work with local trade schools in hiring and also offer tuition reimbursement.
