I called On Point on a Monday afternoon to check for mold on a new build. David was on site Tuesday morning and he called me with lab results on Wednesday afternoon. I appreciated the quick response and professionalism. We can go forward with finishing the basement on schedule and with confidence because of On Point Inspections. 5/5.

On Point Inspections brought us so much peace of mind. We recently had a radon concern so I sent a message the day after Thanksgiving not expecting to hear back until Monday. Well David got in touch within an hour and scheduled our radon test for the very next morning. He arrived exactly on time and explained how everything worked. When he came back to pick up the test unit two days later he patiently answered our questions and gave a recommendation for a mitigation company when I asked for one. He was extremely courteous and responsive throughout the process and the price was fair. I would recommend him to anyone for a home inspection and radon testing!

David was wonderful to work with. Buying my first home I had no idea what I was doing and had different advise coming at me from every angle telling me to only do the bare minimum inspection, etc. At the time of inspection David made it very clear he was not trying to upsell on extra services, he genuinely recommended two particular additional tests based on his well reviewed history of the home. I ended up going with both of his recommendations as I felt the peace of mind was worth the cost and I'm happy that I did. Residing in my new home now I know exactly what I do and do not need to worry about.
