I recently encountered a highly unusual app malfunction, but my interaction with the manager, Diana, was remarkably satisfying. She's incredibly thorough, concise, and delightfully polite while getting straight to the point. I'm extremely pleased with the service. Five stars from me.

I recently visited Five Guys with high hopes of indulging in a mouthwatering burger experience. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired.
Firstly, the food quality was underwhelming. Despite ordering their signature burger, I found the patty to be dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy tenderness that one expects from a quality burger. Additionally, the toppings seemed lackluster and failed to complement the overall flavor profile.
Moreover, the service left much to be desired. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, resulting in long wait times for both ordering and receiving our food. There was a noticeable lack of communication and coordination among the team, leading to a sense of frustration among patrons.
The ambiance of the restaurant was also disappointing. Combined with the lackluster food and service, the overall dining experience fell far short of expectations.
In conclusion, my experience was thoroughly disappointing. With subpar food quality, indifferent service, and lackluster ambiance, I cannot recommend this establishment to fellow burger enthusiasts. It's clear that significant improvements are needed to elevate the dining experience and regain the trust of customers.

Everyone was so nice and food was amazing! Watched on the employee's open the door for an elderly couple while they took the time they needed to get in. Lacrisha S. was also a sweetheart on the register. She also was thorough when cleaning after people left. And helped the same elderly couple figured out the beverage machine. She also brought them their food so they wouldn't have to get up. So grateful for all y'all do

They just dont care anymore and theyre raising their prices to a ridiculous amount! If Im gonna pay this much Im going to a restaurant with gourmet burgers and great service! Not this place ever again!

You know what it is with Five Guys. They are expensive, but they also have great burgers and fries.
