I brought my car in for a leaking axle seal, which they said they fixed." But when I got it home it was still leaking. So, I brought it back the next day and they claimed it wasnt the axle seal, they claimed I needed to replace the entire power steering assembly. It went from a $300 repair to a $3000 repair. Well, I get back home again and what do you know? Its still leaking from the axle seal. How do I know this? I put UV dye in the trans housing. You can literally see the fluid dripping out of the seal. I asked them if they could see it too, to which they replied, we dont have a UV light. What?! It gets better, they say to bring it back and theyll replace the seal again. But they want another $200 to fix the exact thing I originally brought it in for. This went on for a month and I was patient with them but this has just become too much to bear. It cost me $3000 for this headache so, needless to say, Ill be finding a new service center from here on out. Im struggling to pay my rent and this is how they treat me. Unreal. Simply unreal.
