I've worked with both Steve and Bob and both are incredibly thorough, professional, on-time and responsive - and their inspection reports are also thorough and easy to navigate.         Bob was amazing! Ive been anxious with this entire buying process ( probably still will be until we close) lol He was completely honest, very knowledgeable, very thorough. This is my husband & I first homebuying experience. He showed up earlier than the appointment and got started with the exterior of the home. We felt very comfortable with him, and the information he gave us. Would recommend him to my friends and family.
