Ricks knowledge and advice helped us make great decisions for our entire house for both TV and audio. His installation crew was friendly and did an outstanding job. They were both professional and importantly cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I contacted Rick to come out and refresh all my audio visual equipment that I had purchased from him about 15 years ago. Rick came out and spent the afternoon going from room to room in my house suggesting what changes he thought should be made. They sounded great and when he quoted me the price it was a no-brainer and I gave him the go ahead. I was leaving town for about ten days and arranged it so Rick and his team could get in my home and do their magic. When I arrived home it was all completed. Rick came by and went over everything . The sound was perfect ,the pictures on the large televisions were amazing and to top that off everything worked so simple and seamless, it was an absolute home run. I want to thank all at Gramophone for such a great and easy experience .
