The accommodation for a business occasion is unparalleled. You feel at home , have a restaurant on site, in distance to all the areas to explore in metro Detroit. I would highly recommend for business trip

First off want to give recognition to very kind and professional staff- even the house maids greeted us with happy Easter when attending our afternoon brunch. However, the Brunch it's self did not meet expectations for the $75 per person cost. The chicken tenders were dry and crunchy, sausage was dry, Mac cheese seamed to be just butter and Parmesan cheese - and dry, the bagels seam bought from bead isle at supermarket - and dry.. you see a theme here - maybe because we had second seating. In addition, a plate that said ham was empty entire lunch... The dessert island was kind of ok with chocolate strawberries empty most of time, and quality of berries small. The kids activity for Easter egg hunt was lame- they took kids too room with someone walking around with basket of eggs and dropping them as they walked- they did not even give kids bags to gather. The whole Brunch missed mark on an Easter theme - no carrot cake, cheese cake, or Ham ( BTW the brunch mentioned Lamb, and I saw no lamb). Maybe our experience had to do with being second seating and all good items gone by time we came....UPDATE4-2 we were at table 7...provide with a named person to contact and I will call to discuss ( do not want to post my phone or email on social media

Staff very professional!!!!!! Kind and helpful!
Rooms: Spacious, clean,Clean clean I was on the third floor
Food & drinks: For those who drink there is a bar in lobby beautifully decorated there are restaurants within steps from your room you never have to leave if you choose not to.

My family utilized the Kingsley when hosting a Shiva and were impressed by the organization, care, and punctuality of the staff members we worked with. The room was set up in a timely manner each day and the event staff kindly checked in on us and made sure we were well taken care of during our event. We would not hesitate to utilize the Kingsley for another event in the future.
