        I paid for the deep cleaning but definitely didnt receive that. My baseboards were not touched and neither were important areas of the bathroom. I emailed and they said they wouldnt give me a partial refund but they will send someone back out which they are doing. I was also told that the cleaners were talked to and they insisted they did the baseboards and took pictures. I was here and neither one of them touched the baseboards. I am unhappy with the deep cleaning. It seems I just got a regular cleaning. I will say everything else other than that looks fine. But the promise of the attention to detail on baseboards and other areas just wasnt met.

        Emma and Lacesha cleaned my home while we were out of town last weekend and it was immaculate. They took the time to clean the little things and my house smelled great when we got home. I always look forward for them to servicing us every month!

        I have allergies to animals and asthma. We had purchased a condo and the previous owner had dogs and cats. I discussed this problem with my allergist and she suggested I contact TwoMaids. I scheduled a "move in cleaning". Our cleaners for that service were Emma and Courtney. They arrived on time and I explained to them my concern about animal dander remaining in the condo. They explained to me what they would be doing. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They each cleaned different areas of the condo. I was pleased with their service and may start to schedule other cleaning services.

        I was SO unhappy with the cleaning. The bathroom was still dirty after the team went through, so I had to ask them to clean it again. The floors were still dirty in many areas, and they didnt even bother to dust many of the surfaces. Ours was a post renovation cleaning, and I was assured that this team would be up for the task. I spent a few hours going over everything that was cleaned in order to get things truly clean. I have used cleaning services in the past, and this was by far the worst job Ive experienced. What a complete waste of money.
