        They are a bait and switch shop. They promised good commercial insurance rates for residential properties and kept on delaying the actual quote. They promised good rates on pollution insurance and again could not provide an actual quote and delayed the transaction. We had to fire them eventually. This is a complete bucket shop with terrible customer service.
