Wife and I ordered a bed on April 23rd 2023 . We we're told 3 weeks for delivery it is now going on 8 whole weeks. No excuses other than shipment issues from warehouse in Chicago. I simply don't get how they even stay in business.

My husband and I were assisted by Bledi Tome in selecting a new "firm" mattress. He was patient as we tried out all of the options. I noticed the store carried Vispring mattresses and had never seen them before. They are upscale mattresses from England that are made with wool and natural materials, not foam!!! I fell in love with the floor model that was "firm". Bledi helped negotiate a deal for us on the floor model. We also purchased the topper. The Vispring base, the "Divan" has legs and therefore, you do not require a bed frame (can't use with a bed frame). We decided to purchase a Vispring headboard, but did not like the selection at that store. The manager suggested I try the Birmingham location for the headboard. I was assisted there by Bobby. He was great and helped me pick out a headboard and legs for the bed. He coordinated the pickup of the headboard and legs and combining with the mattress and divan from the other store for delivery. The bed was delivered and set up this past Tuesday. The delivery team did a great job and the bed is beautiful and comfortable and more than I had even hoped for. I finally get a great night's sleep. Thank you to the teams from both stores that helped us and the great delivery service. Highly recommend. Karen F.
