Not qualified people working here! It's a SCAM. Half the reviews are FAKE to make it seem like they're legitimate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR time here. Use your insurance elsewhere, for a qualified HELPFUL visit with a COMPETENT Dr or therapist.

I just want to give some feedback about my experience inquiring about psychiatric services; my symptoms are well-managed with my current medications but I needed to connect with a new paychiatrist. The lady on the phone kindly explained that I cannot be treated there and offered to refer me to other centers who could "meet all my needs." I appreciated the offer, but opened her email to see that she sent me links to two therapists and one holistic health center. Being turned away is already demoralizing, but being told that my literal chemical imbalance is something treatable with herbs and spiritualism or just therapy was really upsetting. Is it because of the stigma surrounding my disorder that this center feels my symptoms are invalid? That's not "all my needs" it's just the needs I didn't ask for assistance for.
