Gaye worked with me for a little over two years while I searched just about every neighborhood in Detroit. She was a joy to work with, extremely patient, and helped me establish good relationships with inspectors, mortgage agents, etc during the process. Once I closed, the previous owner left a bunch of stuff in the house and she went out of her way to get me some money back because of it. Id recommend Gaye to anyone. I liked working with her so much that were neighbors now!

We worked with Gaye to purchase a house in Detroit recently and she made it a wonderful experience, despite the stressful housing market. She was extremely patient with us - newer home owners - and took the time to show us around new neighborhoods, helped us understand everything in the searching and buying process, and made sure that we found the perfect house. And once we did find that perfect house, she was instrumental in getting our offer accepted. I highly recommend working with Gaye - she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and also fun to spend time with!
