        This realtor company is very helpful in sending you post on houses that are available. Quick to respond very nice and making time to show you any viewing or any walk through through any house and is helpful in getting you approved and helping you in every step of the way through the whole process of getting you into your brand new home like they have been for me and my family

        Rachel sold her house to us. Failed to disclose major obvious issues. When issues arose she chose to ignore them and stopped communicating with us. We also had escrow money put aside for broken sliding door. Door was never properly fixed, but she had the title company release the funds to her, without letting us know and without our signatures. I would never work with her or her friend Noah who was the realtor for the sale. She is very unprofessional and very dishonest.

        First and last realtor I'll ever need We got so lucky when we were ready to buy that we had met Rachael. She is a total professional, knows the entire Michigan Market it seems, and all around great person. Hit us straight with the facts and totally guided us the entire way for our first ever home purchase. She was always available any time and would schedule home tours the same day if seller was available. What we thought was going to be a total nightmare of a process ended up going so smoothly. Linked us with an excellent Lending team (FNMB) who had nothing but great things to say about Rachael as well. Having these two was a Powerhouse of a team. Even post-purchase we had some "not as described" issues from the seller where she was still available and still helping out wherever she could. Our first realtor, and our last. Thanks Rachael!
