Kathryn was an absolute pleasure to work with when purchasing my home! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions regarding the overall process and what to expect in general. In addition to being knowledgeable about major home items and pointing out items of interest during showings, she was able to advise on the offer process for me to secure an excellent home. Kathryn helped my fianc and I purchase our first home. Kathryn was very helpful throughout the process of buying my first home, from introducing me to an excellent inspector to helping the closing process go as smoothly and quickly as possible she was great. The best aspect of her work in my opinion being the follow-up, even after you have closed on the home she makes herself very available for subsequent questions you may have on your new home.

Kathryn did a phenomenal job as our agent in purchasing our first home. She is extremely responsive and flexible, which was so important in efficiently moving through the entire purchase process from viewing homes all the way to closing. She has a great pulse on the market and offered us solid advice. She really listened to what we most valued in our home search and did not try to push us toward listings we weren't interested in. We felt very comfortable and that all of our questions and potential concerns were always answered before moving forward in each step of the process. Kathryn took the time to thoroughly walk us through each listing and point out many details to ensure we understood nuanced areas of value as well as things we may have to look out for and fix that would not have stuck out to us on our own. From the inspection process to signing of paperwork and even post-closing she always candidly recommended professionals that she had solid relationships or connections to. This was incredibly valuable and we still feel there is an open line of communication to reach out for advice and recommendations as needed. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kathryn and we would certainly recommend her.
