Shil was able to do what no other lender could do get us our favorite home, even when rates are at an all time high for the last few decades. She was able to move money and numbers around to get us a payment that made sense for us. She even spent plenty of time with us to help us fully understand where our money was going so we could make an educated decision picking out one of the many options she provided us with. 10/10 would recommend!

Shil Miller was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. She processed everything so quickly and made herself available to me. I previously went through the preapproval process with a large very well known bank. I provided the large bank with all of their required documentation quickly, but they still took a while to process everything, and they were not always available. Shil was available, provided updates, and great customer service. I received the "clear to close" earlier than I expected, and I highly recommend Shil Miller to everyone.
