        Recently used this company to obtain my new notary. After submitting everything in November and waiting a few weeks I was concerned reading some of the reviews and still not receiving anything so I called in and spoke to Kim who was very helpful in explaining the process to give me a better understanding which put me at ease. Just a few days after my application was approved and notary # assigned by the state. They followed up via email to let me know anytime they had an update which was very helpful and much appreciated. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

        Terrible customer service. I send them application in June 23,2023. Today is august 26, 2022 I don't have my stamp or my lic . STAY AWAY from this company!!!

        The website is easy to use, they responded to my emails the same day that I sent them and answered the phone quickly when I called. Very easy to work with and MUCH less expensive than the last company I used for my renewal. Promptly mailed out all of my completed documents. Received my stamp within a week of sending in all my paperwork.

        I have had a horrible experience with this company as I have paid for my notary renewal over a month ago and I have mailed in two applications which this company states that they have not received even after overnighting the application with a confirmation! The staff and supervisor was very rude to me after I explained my frustrations and she talked over me as I was talking! It was a horrible experience and has cost me extra money overnight and the fact that I have to go through another notary company to obtain my notary stamp is very unprofessional and an inconvenience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!

      Please take ownership for your own delays. You paid in June but you did not send your paperwork to us until the end of JULY after we sent you a reminder. Your paperwork was 90% wrong and missing information so we had to return it back to you. We finally received your corrected paperwork and you were scheduled to go to the state but you told our customer service representative that you will dispute the charge and get your money back from your credit card. We had no choice but to refund you immediately. We wish you well in your endeavors.

      Well, you overnighted your paperwork to a PO BOX which you cannot do. Overnight couriers do not allow a PO Box as a delivery address. We clearly show on our instructions how and WHERE to send all overnight deliveries, which you clearly overlooked. The representative you spoke to could not get a word in while you were yelling, so, yes, there was a communication breakdown. We attempted to assist you but you wanted nothing more to do with us. The problem was on your end, we tried to help you but nothing would satisfy that for you. Again, please note that all overnight couriers, no matter where you are sending to, cannot deliver to a PO Box.We would still like to assist you with this, we understand your confusion and frustration.Thank you
