        During my visit this past month in MI. I spend my time with my childhood friends and their families. This particular visit I was in town for my friends sons bar mitzvah. They went all out and made a spectacular Hollywood Marvel theme as the son is a big Marvel fan. Somehow, his company didn't bring all the items we needed for the party. I REMEMBERED using BPR for my high school graduation many, many years ago. We called BPR and they were so quick to help, care, and get us all of our party needs for the event. We cut out most of the other company. But they rocked them out. Shout out to Chris Reizen for handling all of the customer service needs. Thank you, BPR

        Twas the night before the Christmas party and I didnt have enough chairs! I totally forgot to order chairs for my Christmas party until it was too late (or at least I thought) I called plenty of rental companies and each call ended in bad luck. They couldnt deliver in time! Then I reached Bloomfield party rentals and they were super helpful. Chris was super understanding of my situation and sent out a truck to deliver my chairs pronto! The delivery guys were super nice and careful around my walls while bringing in the chairs ( I believe their names were Raul and Bryan ) the chairs were in fantastic shape and my guests found them comfortable. Pick up was just as smooth as delivery. Maybe even smoother! The truck arrived on schedule and the man they sent (Scott) was super efficient, nice and Very strong. I didnt know someone could carry that many chairs at once! I didnt have the chairs in the easiest of spots to pick up from (sorry again) but he did it with a smile on his face the whole time. Amazing staff they have working for them. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone. Small businesses like these are the heart of this country.
