The two ladies at printing pickup desk were rude and lacked customer service skills. I went in for one document that was ready but she informed me in a passive aggressive way that I shouldnt show up until I get an email, even though they had no other customers and the document was ready in front of me. Didnt think it was a big hassle since it takes less than a minute to print a document. Overall they made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, Will not be returning, go to any other local staples. The cashier was nice though.

This is my local staples so I wanted to give them the business brochure order that I needed. They really weren't interested in helping me at all, and made me feel both stupid, and an inconvenience to them, if that is what amounts to customer service today, then I am not shocked that brick and mortar stores are going out of business. I guess my little $1000 order wasn't good enough. I will go elsewhere. Not that they will care.

They have the BEST printing team! Tiffany, Angie and Theresa always make sure I am happy with my final product. These women work hard to get my business cards and print needs to me quickly and efficiently. I will always choose this location for my needs. Thank you ladies!

I have never seen so many people trying so hard not to work. Did not want to help anyone. Sent me to other stores to get what I needed. Sorry to bother you guys, I'll definitely shop somewhere else. And I'm a white man and I noticed people of color saying they were racially profiled and that's why they had poor service. That's not it. Just some lazy libs that don't want to raise a finger to help anyone.
