One pathic individual owns compass nanagement.. Screams on the phone and sends nasty emails.. Please please find another management company..

This Management company is a total nightmare to deal with. It is owned and run by two sisters and a brother who make a great first impression but don't buy it!! I lived in a condo community that they managed, nothing but trouble. Had a roof leak, took 8 months to fix it. Had auto payment for my monthly HOA fees, they took an unauthorized amount from my account but never notified me so my account was in the red and I was forced to pay late fees. I called the office to request service and was screamed at by one of the sisters who refused to let me speak or take responsibility for the issue. It became a personal vendetta for the manager to get me anyway she could. I ended up moving because it was such a toxic situation. It was easier to move than take them to court. Totally unprofessional and unethical.

Never get response from them no matter how many voice messages I left. After trying multiple times, I finally got the chance to speak with a lady and stated my situation. We didnt receive any notice/statement from Compass Management in the past 4 months, no emails, no phone calls, but only received a letter from an attorney for additional paperwork fee and late fee last week. When I receive the letter, I called Compass Mgt immediately tried to make the payment for HOA fee, and explained my situation. But the lady answered the call was impatient and rude, she didnt want to listen to my explanation and directly ignore my payment request. She just wanted me to pay additional $400 more for the late fee, but I really really didnt receive any letters nor phone calls from them. IT IS EXTREMELY UNFAIR! ! !
