After three and a half years working with the University of Michigan's fertility center with no answers or understanding we found this office. At U of M, we were told that if we were not willing to try IVF we should adopt. Coming to this office, we felt heard - my understanding of my own body was given credence. Within a month, the reason for my hormonal imbalance was uncovered and we conceived naturally two weeks after addressing the issue. Thanks to Alexa and Dr. Kowalczyk we now have a healthy baby boy and avoided unnecessary procedures, expenses, and emotional turmoil. We are forever grateful that Alexa ordered the tests that helped us identify and rectify the roadblocks to fertility.
