        We had a great experience with Ray. My wife and I went into Banks thinking we had a clear idea of exactly what we wanted. Ray took his time to understand not only what we were looking for but also what we are trying to do. He gave us his recommendation and we took his advice, and we left with something totally different than planned. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was truly trying to make us happy. He hooked us up with a Riccar corded vacuum. He didnt try to upsell us. Banks earned a customer today. Were very happy!

        Went in today thinking I had broken a piece on my vacuum and would be buying a new canister. I showed it to Jimmy and he went in the back and came back with my canister with filter fixed. Wonderful customer service and honest!

        Housekeeping always had issues with no matter what vacuum I picked. I sent them to see Jimmy at Bank's vacuum in Bloomfield. He was very thorough and found the perfect fit. Jimmy is definitely the go-to guy at Bank's vacuum!
