I recently had some terrible luck and ended up with a basement flood followed by a dryer fire within the course of a week. I called dry medic for help with both, and Simon came out to evaluate my fire damage. He was extremely helpful and realistic about what needed to be done. As a first time homeowner, I felt he was genuine and wanted to help during a ve try stressful time. Will absolutely use drymedic in the future and would refer anyone to them!

We can not say enough good things about DRYmedic. They were responsive, prompt, polite, caring, empathetic to our situation. They came right out upon contacting them. They completely saw this project through from beginning to the end. Cleaning up the flood. Disposing items destroyed in the flood. Testing for asbestos. Reconstruction. Finding excellent contractors. They were always available to answer our questions. They even offered to meet with competitors and go over pricing estimates. Checking in on the progress of the project. Packing and storing items until project was completed. Delivering and offering to unpack stored items upon project completion. **Update 2023 -additional services** Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dry Medic and the entire process that they helped us through. Our hot water heater starting leaking and before we realized, it had spread through half of our finished basement. I contacted Dry Medic and another company. The other company took 4 days to call back. Dry Medic got back to me immediately and sent someone out within one hour. The emergency crew came in that evening and began extracting all the water from the furnace room and the carpeting (even on a Friday evening.) Tim and his remediation crew were fantastic. Very thorough and professional. Explained every step of the way. They were quick to get the carpeting and drywall pulled out as mold was actually starting to grow behind the drywall. The company was very up front about possible construction delays and gave me a realistic timeline. Brigitte and her reconstruction crews were wonderful. The painting crew was meticulous. Great communication throughout the entire process. They worked with my insurance company from the beginning until the end. They made what was a very unfortunate situation so much more bearable for me and my family. Thank you Dry Medic!
**2023 Update** Unfortunately, 6 months later, we had a leak in our basement cinder-block wall/foundation. I knew exactly who to call for remediation and reconstruction. Once again, Dry Medic helped us through the recovery process. They were even able to recommend a foundation waterproofing company to fix our foundation leak. Dry Medic provided professional service and communication throughout the entire process. Eric and Jonathan and the reconstruction crew have gotten us back to a dry, clean mold free basement. Executed an expansive restoration and renovation project with the DryMedic team in 2023. Mike Palushaj served as our Project Manager and he was the star of the show. Mike ensured our family's needs were captured and executed at the highest levels. Quality was his focus and he checked every box. It is refreshing to work with someone who is always reachable and helps provide design input. He even went so far as to get his hands dirty when necessary.
