I had Michigan Basement come to waterproof my basement. Will the team leader was successful in communicating with me the install process. Each person on the team seemed to understand what it was that each person was to do, and how to do there job. I also had direct communication with another team member Noel who I feel is ready to lead his own crew. I would recommend Michigan Basements to ALL FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND NEIGBORS.

Very knowledgeable inspector who provided the quote. Work team was very friendly and efficient. Several financing options are available. Waterproofing work is warrantied for "the lifetime of the structure." Hopefully I have no need for them in this house but if I need some work done on a future house, they will the first people I call.

Jeff came to assess the situation. He was very professional and explained the different procedures and options for us. A day prior to the repair, Matt called to go over the agenda for next day.
