Prompt, attentive, organized and an extreme pleasure to work with, Sara is the ideal real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the right home for their unique situation. She helped my husband and I find the perfect home even though he and I had different items on our "want list". Sara was patient and so very helpful in working with the two of us. Sara took the time to get to know us and our specific needs. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the areas we were interested in. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. Great with contract negotiations, Sara kept us informed and educated us (when necessary, since it has been many years since we have bought/sold a home) every step of the way.
