Literally no one was there but the stylist doing my hair. Left me feeling uncomfortable. Also, $50 for a haircut is overpriced

You need a minute to read this one! HORRIBLE and expensive experience! Normally I would lick my wounds n just not go back but not this time as I'm still paying for it. My first time at salon and had appointment for Highlight, low lights, cut, blowdry n style on a Thursday. Was quoted $112. The girl who did my hair was nice person but my hair was wrecked! Looked nothing like I asked for, and with pictures and consoltation. Was to be a brown n blonde. Wish I could attach pictures! Took towel off my head and my hair was different shades of brown, blonde, yellows, copper and red! My roots were red several inches long. It was a mess! I was upset and it was late! My appointment was at 6pm it was then 11pm! I had to work in morning. Up at 5! Not only hair a mess but rest of services not rendered. I was told I could come back to fix n finish the FOLLOWING Thursday!! They were booked. I said you have to get someone to fix this. Nobody available I was told. Then I was asked to pay full price for services. I declined saying my hairs a mess n not paying for services I haven't received. I was then charged $92 dollar for my hair. I left with messed up hair, wet head, my hair smelled like chemicals still and hair dye still on my skin around face. Next day coworkers were like omg! What happened to your hair?! So yes it was noticable and bad. THEN..... I called salon n spoke to an owner. Explained delema. She did get me in that next day (Friday) with someone else and I was not charged for this correction. HOWEVER....after a few more hrs in chair for color correction, my hair was still not right, still reddish colors, hardly any blonde and just dark. I'm normally noticeable blonde. Then I was told that's all time allowed so still no cut n blow dry. I was told come back the next day SATURDAY! I left again with wet head, no cut hair smelled of chemicals n still stain on my face. My hair when I washed still had brown dye coming off. Now Saturday... third day, third time I had to go back. I went with much reservation. I go in for the cut n style and after telling young lady my hair is still nothing as it was to be, It's dark, n red. I don't like it. She suggested I put darker in my hair "it will look blonder" WHAT?!! Like what black? SMH I was also going to be charged STARTING at $47 dollars n up for cut plus style. At this point I was scared of them to even do cut and declined appointment and left. It took many days for smell to go away and two weeks later I'm still stuck with this color and issues. Not putting more color or bleach because my hair is now breaking off. So no, I won't return and am 150% unsatisfied

Joanna is the most amazing stylist. She never fails to amaze me with her impeccable skills. I have been going to her faithfully for 10 years. I will never ever go anywhere else. She is so great at asking questions, giving feedback and making sure you get the exact right cut and color. Every. Single. Time.
