        Andre was phenomenal! I usually dread going inside Verizon but today I had a pleasant experience. I got in close to close today, Andre was able to help get my phone traded in and content transferred before close! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions effectively! I learned a thing or two, I had a good laugh and great customer service! Thank you Andre, keep it up!
