I wish I could review food, but I never get the chance. The hours on the door state they open at 10:30 everyday, but I've tried to go multiple times when they open and no one is in the building and that's when I can leave for lunch unfortunately. So they must open later because there's not even an employee car in the parking lot. Totally empty.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Its time that I went. The customer service was terrible. A bunch of illiterate workers who cannot communicate efficiently nor effectively I cant even rate the food because each time I had to request a refund because of the wait time and no communication.

Cane here on our way home on Easter Sunday because our teenager was sick and wanted a 3 pcs chicken. Drove home which is over 30 minutes away only to call to let them know they messed our order up. Received attitude from employee because I wasn't driving an hour out of my way for 1 pce of chicken. She had an attitude because I wasn't picking it up today. I work up there, I can tell you after the attitude after I pick up my food (which she said is you are only getting one piece). When I have to drive back up there. On a day off. I will never go there again. Attitude because I won't drive an hour out of my way when it should have been in my meal anyways? I don't think so. It wasn't even busy.rude rude rude

Placed and an online order when we got there they said it wasnt ready. There was an order sitting in the window, and then they finally said that it was my order. I shouldve checked it before I left, but when I got home, All my sides were wrong. Biscuits were over cooked and hard.
