This is a TERRIBLE location to order takeout from. I know it's a popular place, but their efficiency is really bad. The first thing you hear when you walk through the door is "Does anyone have a pickup order??", which is shouted from the kitchen where 6 or 7 people are all running into each other fielding online orders. Then they look at you like you're crazy if you're actually ordering takeout, at which point someone is delegated to actually come over and take your order. If they're only going to cater to online orders, they need to just put a sign up saying that they only take online orders. The chicken is really good, but the customer service brings this location's overall rating WAY down because people who are stopping in for a bite to eat get treated like a last priority. I don't recommend this location.

***I revisited this Wing Stop recently and all I have to say is, "MY HAVE THINGS CHANGED." They took my order with no issues and I had the opportunity to talk to the manager as I watched her interact with some of the employees. She was encouraging and upbeat. When I brought my order home it was hot and delicious. Way to Go! Thank you for the change... I'll be back. Listen, I love Wing Stop but this location has GOT to do better. This visit there were only two people working, a lobby filled with people waiting and phone ringing non-stop. I ordered on the app which said 68 minutes but it was more like 2-hours and the two employees were extremely fatigued. Looks like you need to up your wages so you can get folk in here train them and have more than two exasperated workers nearly losing their mind. Or close the store till you can do better.
