        we paid cash and they forgot to give us the change. additionally, they gave me the drink (ordered through the drive thru) from someone else's mobile order ten minutes prior to me even placing my order, and it wasn't made how i asked for it to be customized as it was not my drink. would not recommend this location.

        To the awesome baristas at Starbucks on Ford rd, you guys were SUPER slammed and you still managed to pump out drinks like nobody's business! Yes, you guys were behind and people were getting impatient but screw them! You guys all rocked it today and I just wanted to say thank you for all you do! Favorite location by far!
