Such great service! The two persons who came to our home to repair the wood stove were very knowledgeable, competent, professional and efficient. The representative on the phone who booked the appointment did a wonderful job of explaining the process, the estimate and what I might expect for a bill. The repair was quickly done and I recommend this company highly!

They were efficient , clean and went above my expectations. The part needed to repair my fireplace wasnt on the truck and they called the office and someone drove it out so they could finish the job in one visit. I will be using them going forward.

Today, January 9, 2024, I had my fireplace inspected, cleaned and repaired by Josh. Josh was theeeee BEST!. He was most professional and considerate of my questions. He was not only pleasant but explained what he was going to do to get my fireplace cleaned and up and running efficiently. I would recommend Josh for any of your fireplace needs. Cleaned up after completing the repair, took his shoes off upon entering and was respectful of my home. Great asset to your company. Thorough in his work. Well done Josh!
