Very bad experience I had book the appointment for keratin treatment and the stylist didnt showed up on time and make me wait for a 2 hrs and still I didnt got a treatment

Sheila M. at the Canton, MI location does an amazing job seeking to accomplish my hair goals! I followed her from my previous salon and have my daughter hooked on using her as well! As far as the salon itself goes, it could use more comfortable chairs and its always freezing cold in the store. Im also not a huge fan of the salon being in the middle of where ppl are shopping in the store. I would prefer a more spa like, relaxing salon environment. However, Im willing to sacrifice that to be able to have Sheila do my hair!
