Taco Bell

Went to Taco Bell today on Ford Road in Canton. 11:30 at night. Google says they're open till midnight. They turned me away and said that they are only open to mobile and delivery. When I told them that Google said they are open to the public until 12:00 the drive-thru attendant told me to get out of her line and go. This is the kind of service you get these days after paying them more. Edit....just got home and asked how late they are open. She said 12 more minutes.....I went off the rails and said really!!! Your going to tell me I can come there, and then turn me away saying you are only open for online and delivery only!!! Not Google this time! This came from the person that told me to get out of her line. So yeah, I cussed her out. Please Don't go here!

Horribly rude day manager. It's 4/8/24 at noon and I just left this location after waiting 20 minutes for my food and being yelled and cursed at for asking about it by your "manager". I asked for her name but she hid her badge and wouldn't give it to me. She's a large white lady with a tattoo behind her right ear. I won't be back to this location and I will share this story everywhere I can. You should be ashamed of how this place is run and whom you choose to put into "important " roles. Honestly pathetic.

This place does not deserve a single star! DO NOT GO HERE WORST EMPLOYEES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Their store closing time is 2AM I placed my online order at 12:20 went to pick up right after that as soon as employee saw me she shut the lights off! And when I knocked the window she gave me nasty attitude that they are closed! I asked but your times online says 2AM she said I Dnt care what it says online but we are closed, I said fine and requested on how I will I get refund. She said I have to wait till 4AM in the morning or call 1800 number! I mean seriously, I requested if she could speak to manager and have this time updated on Google and their app it would help other customers like me! Then again with her nasty attitude with her raised voice she said Mammmm I do not care and used extremely bad words she cursed so many times and she threw her cup on my car, not just that but also shower her middle finger to me. I mean was she high on drugs or something because her behavior towards me was not normal! I was very polite to her but this is just not acceptable at any cost! I am definitely taking this complaint ahead and will reach out to every possible person I could to get her fireddd!!!! She was a white lady who was working on 3/28 around 12:20AM everything should be on camera I insist the mangers to look at this. Also putting this complain on X(twitter) and adding all the upper management of Taco Bell.
