        I tried out a class today for the first time with a group of friends and absolutely loved it! Coach Kelly was absolutely amazing and she made the entire workout so much fun. As a physical therapist, I always keep an eye on how inclusive fitness spaces are. I was impressed with how Coach Kelly and the owners were able to adapt to the various fitness levels of different people in the room while treating us all with respect and dignity. Im definitely planning to come back!
