Toll Brothers builds a pretty nice home. I've helped a number of buyers through the process and Toll has made sure the homes were perfect before handing over the keys!

Unfortunately the Toll Brothers staff lie through their teeth and dont deliver what they say. They sold us a more expensive model by telling us it would have a double hvac, but when we asked them why it is not installed, they said you didnt read the fine print. We also told them we needed a double oven, but at closing they said they never wrote it in the contract. They were very difficult to work with and underhanded. When you question why they havent given us a driveway at closing, they say we will fine you if you dont close. Sadly there are no buyers rights when you get involved with this builder.
