This was our first inspection experience, as we are first time home buyers, and John was fantastic! I did my research to find the best inspector I could, and I found him! John scheduled us right away, and I took a list of questions to ask, most of which I did not even have to ask because he addressed them in his very thorough inspection. He took his time, and saved us from buying a house that would have cost us big time, things we did not see ourselves. We are definitely going to be using John's services going forward for any inspection needs! Flash forward a few years from this review, we cannot speak more highly of John - he goes above and beyond, is so knowledgeable, and made great recommendations for our first time home purchase. We went with him again for our inspection without hesitation, and he proved to be just as incredible this time around as well.

We were concerned about asbestos in our basement and had John come test the tiles and adhesive. John was very responsive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a good job at addressing all our concerns including clearly explaining how we would manage the issue if asbestos were detected. Luckily no asbestos was detected. I will definitely use John for any future inspection needs.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. John was very responsive and able to schedule our inspection quickly. He was very thorough and detailed in our inspection and his general knowledge was helpful. I would highly recommend.
