I really like all the staff at super 8. I even like the managers too. Easy to talk to. Check in was great. Room was clean and nice I just got the jacuzzi room. It was really nice and clean with king size comfortable bed with 4 pillows that was also soft. Two ice machines one on the first floor, another on second floor both work great. Heater works great and so does the air.

Room floor sticky.
Heater didn't work. Had to keep getting up all night long to reset heater. It's Michigan! 20
Woke us up 10:00 to change sheets we were sleeping in! We still had another night. Three nights in all. Not happy!!!!
The fridge made a clicking sound all night long,
I got up to see if it was a rat eating in my dog's food in the bathroom. That's what I really thought it was. It wasn't. Just the fridge thank God!
Nothing but coffee and I assume juice. I didn't want to use anything. Everything seemed dirty. The ice bucket in room dirty. Leak at front desk from leaking pipe above. Been there a long time. (My husband's a licensed builder)

The house keeping and front desk people are super kind and helpful they always are so kind and look out for the guests and ask if we need anything
Rooms: Rooms are super clean no bugs or anything and are pet friendly

Staff was friendly and hotel was in decent shape.
Rooms: They have fridge microwaves and a coffee system in them.

Dont waste your money!
Rooms: If you have to run something to your car in the morning ( before checking out, youll get locked out of your room), even with the Do Not Disturb sign on, they assume that youve left. I had to track someone down to let me back in my room. Dump. No continental breakfast either. Unless you consider small muffins and coffee breakfast.
