I cannot recommend Kevin enough!! His customer service is top notch. He is incredibly responsive and thorough. He is patient and always takes time to explain things to me, even if I don't get it the first time! He's a pleasure to work and makes something that is chore to deal with, easy and effecient.

Kevin Kelly is the best insurance agent that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Mr. Kelly takes the time to review and go over every detail of your insurance policy with you. That's much appreciated and helps to alleviate any possible surprises in the future. Mr. Kelly is very prompt. If he doesn't answer the phone immediately chances are you have a text message saying when he'll call you back before you can even finish leaving a voicemail. Mr. Kelly does not try to upsell you on any products or features. Never once did I feel any pressure to purchase insurance or any other products that Farmers offers.
