John Advachke was rude,arrogant,callow and I believe he has a basic lack of knowledge of landlord-tenet law. He said my case could not be dismissed then tryed to remove himself self as are attorney.Only to changed his mind when finding out that i had my own eviction dismissed.He should be disbarred for attorney malpractice. and he threatens to sue people when they leave bad reviews. Free speech ever heard of it
