        The leasing agent who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property looked great, however, they only had single-wide homes available and the rooms were just too tiny (more like offices, not bedrooms). If they had double-wide, I would have considered applying.

        Typical atmosphere. Nosy and disrespectful neighbors. Angry mother's screaming at their kids. The occasional drug deal. BUT, it is also home to some decent folk just looking for an affordable home for their family.
