We had one luxury item moved from storage to home. I forewarned them during the quoting process that this is a large, expensive piece. The movers were an hour late. The movers wrapped the item, but they didn't protect the top, nor did they affix the item within the truck for stability. So, it slid all around a 28 foit truck. The end result: a scuffed up mess! They are only claiming one scratch/blemish to repair, while there are many others. I'm not about to haggle back and forth with this small operation for no resolve. I will get the item repaired and take them to court instead. They still have yet to even simply apologize for the mishandling of this piece. I do not recommend these movers.

Very professional, arrived within the designated time frame, and finished quickly. The truck was larger than expected and had plenty of space for all our items. They wrapped everything to protect items from any damage. They are also very responsive.

Several pieces of furniture were damaged. Also, some of our boxes did not arrive. They were not left at the house - just didn't get delivered to our new house. Very unhappy!
