Terrible visionworst stay away. My husband tried to get glasses there 3 times they redid them or said they did and they were blurry. Asked for a refund never took the glasses said they had to mail a check said it would take 30 days this has been since feb9. Cant go somewhere else because they have to stopped the billing with insurance paid almost 800 dollars. Still waiting stay away awful service should change name from visionworks to visionworst.Also the chat is useless dont help you at all.

Though I made an eye exam appt , my full visit took about two hours. Twice as long as I expected.

It literally takes so much to make me write a poor review but the amount of issues weve had with this location is totally unacceptable. Theyve misplaced our records, theyve ordered us the wrong prescription, and then the attitude of the workers there have been just atrocious. The lack customer service was mind blowing- I 100% understand that everyone has poor days but there have just been too many instances and bad attitudes. Walked out and will never be back.

Wow, really bad experience. I have five members in my family, all of whom wear glasses. Two of my children recently had exams/purchases, I went in for my annual and suddenly they can't verify my insurance (actually I was told that we weren't covered). Called my spouse, she checked and indeed we have coverage (again, we had a purchase less than a month ago w/ the same insurance). Went back and suddenly they found my wife but apparently I'm not covered - this is after they swore my wife was not covered. Called another office down the road and of course we have insurance and I am on the plan. Not sure why they were unwilling to help me but the two front office workers cost their employer five annual exams and five purchases. This kind of service can be expected in a business where there are no other options (DMV, USPS, etc) but seriously there are at least five other providers w/in a mile of this office. Unbelievable that they would be this reckless w/ paying customers. Good luck.

The screw came out of my glasses, the young man at the desk fixed my glasses for me, he was very polite and respectful..Great customer service. Thank you so much!
