        Absolutely fantastic place! The staff is beyond friendly and caring and our dogs needs are met and special attention given when necessary. Our pups are always happy to be there. They come home in amazing condition, clean and happy. Best part is I can call to check on them or watch them via the web cams. All American Pet Resort is top notch!

        Our dogs, Alpine and Jett loveeeeeee coming here so much they throw fits when they get home as I can only assume to tell us they want to go back. The staff is so kind and we 100% trust them with our fur kids. Thanks for all you do!

        What an awful experience. I was told over the phone that not only would my dog get a room with a camera but he would also have his feeding time accommodated as well. We walk in excited for our meet and greet to be met by the front desk girl who very clearly doesnt want to be there. (She was underwhelming over the phone too.) I was then told that a camera room would need to be requested (weird but okay fine) and that his meal time would be at 12:30 no exceptions and his dietary feeding times would not be accommodated. Highly recommend Doptopia in Plymouth for a better experience.

      Hi Alyssa, thank you for that feedback.We understand that being able to see your pup from our 24hr live webcams is a priority for our clients, unfortunately not every suite is directly under a camera. While about 80% of our suites are viewable, all camera suites are free and first come, first serve upon request and your pet was indeed scheduled to be in a camera suite. Regarding the feeding schedule, we wish we could have had the opportunity to fully explain the reasoning for our strict feeding schedule.While we do not wish to disrupt your at-home feeding schedule, there are some considerations while in the daycare environment.For example, playing on a full stomach is not advisable for large dogs due to the risk of Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus, a deadly condition commonly known as Bloat. Secondly, here at our facility, our guests only have one rest break near mid-day from 12:00pm-1:00pm. This is the break between morning playgroup (10am-12pm) and the afternoon playgroup (1pm-3pm). During this time, our guests are resting in their individual rooms with bedding and water. This is when lunches, if needed, are provided.We do wish your pup all the best.
