I called Restoration & Recovery Plumbing for a second opinion for a shower facet leak. The faucet cartridge needed to be replaced. The first company, Lenox Plumbing, found that the nut holding the cartridge behind the faucet knob assembly was stuck and they couldnt take it off in order to take the cartridge out. They wanted to charge me well over $1000 to break my pipes (which were fine) to take it off. They also wanted to tear down tile and drywall to repair a valve and install new pipes (that they would be breaking to remove the cartridge hardware and assembly). So essentially, they wanted to destroy my shower because they couldnt remove a nut.
When Robert and his assistant, John, arrived from Restoration & Recovery Plumbing, they were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and actually came a couple days early to do the work. This is a honest company and will do right by the customer! They cut the nut from the cartridge without destroying my bathroom and replaced the cartridge it needed and put on a new nut. They charged me 1/3rd of the price Lenox wanted to charge me and left me without the hassle of having a new problem that hadnt existed before of having to have tile and drywall work done.
Restoration & Recovery Plumbing gained a new customer and will most defiantly be my go to company if Im in need of plumbing work in the future!

Messed up a small plumbing project. Called and got really great free advice instead of an expensive service call. I can't even express my thanks enough. I'll be using this company the next time I need something and am passing them along to friends as well.
