My sumpless pump, which is over 30 years old, was not turning on automatically. I contacted this company to see about getting it repaired. A very nice lady from the company called me that day and was able to walk me through steps over the phone on how to try and resolve the problem. It has been working like a charm again. I appreciate the quick response and VERY thorough customer service. I will definitely use this company when I need to replace the pump.

Had a shelback in my basement that failed almost every single rain. Then I got the water master pump and it is so much better built and reliable. The owners are the most wonderful and nicest people I have ever met. They spent the time to describe the whole system and how to install it. I will recommend this sumpless pump to everyone e I know.

So far I'm very pleased with the pump. some times it acts up and that could be because of me taking the tube out from the pit which i have to place properly. So was wondering if there are any instructions to place it back properly and what is the backup solution for this? I did some search but haven't found anything that i can rely on if something happens to main pump. Any help regarding this would be helpful Thanks

Picked up pump at local ACE and had it installed in about 3 hours. Quiet and stable. A little pricey as compared to other similar products, but overall, very nice and compact.
