The management and ownership at Parks Maintenance ( 41805 Koppernick Road Canton, MI 48187) are very unprofessional in the way they treat their employees! They have been allowed to recruit employees at Northwestern Technical Institute, Southfield, Michigan, offer them free training, then pair them up with family members that do not want to train. They recently fired an apprentice, upon his arrival to work on Monday, January 15, 2024, then demanded that he turn in his "rented work coat" on the spot, leaving a 19-year old kid to leave the premises in sub-zero temperatures, with no coat! I can understand if the employee/employer relationship did not suit either party, but how inhumane to send a kid out into this type of weather with no coat! Since you obviously employ family members, you should think how you or your family members would feel if it happened to one of your loved ones! Shame on your company for treating someone in such a disrespectful and inhumane manner!

Parks is great- responded quickly in an emergency, the technicians were great working with my customer and solving the issue. Took all the stress out of the job. Highly recommend

I had called parks maintenance to have them install my frozen beverage dispenser. After giving Vivian the list of items that I currently have, she gave me an estimate of $1200 for the parts I need and for labor. I was told a technician would arrive around 9am so I opened my business early. The technician didnt come until 11:30am. To make more room, I told the technician Id move a few items out of the way but he said no need. It just seemed like he didnt want to do the job. The first excuse was he might have not brought enough tubing with him. Then, after he sat in his truck for an hour, he came back and said the cost will actually be near $2900. While the technician was still at the store, I called Vivian (the lady at their office). I asked her why the technician tried charging me this much. She said she was unaware and would have to see what parts I needed. This was previously discussed with her for the initial quote. This company doesnt care about its customers. Total rip off! I truly believe the technician just didnt want to do the job. What a waste of time!
